Physical Education is conducted two to three times each week.  Students participate in moderate to vigorous activities that increase aerobic capacity. 

Students access and maintain a level of physical fitness to improve health and performance.  In the course of the year, they demonstrate the motor skills and movement patterns needed to perform a variety of physical activities  They also obtain knowledge of movement concepts, principles, and strategies to improve health and performance.

The curriculum includes Biblical integration (spiritual exercise through reciting memory verses), technology (Power Point and Publisher projects), and Writing through the Curriculum (writing assignments on physical education).

The curriculum meets the California Standards for Physical Education.
