General Admissions Print

Thank you for your interest in Eastside Elementary School.

For your convenience, the following will outline the application process for you:

  1. Request an admissions packet (request one here) which will include a school brochure, a statement of faith, a course overview for desired grade level(s), a tuition and fee sheet, and an application form.

  2. Complete and return the application form(s) with the application fee of $60 per child. Your child’s name will then be added to the waiting list. Students will not be tested unless there are available openings.

  3. Prospective kindergarten students will be placed on the kindergarten waiting list. A letter will be sent to you at the beginning of March with information regarding developmental readiness testing including a date for your child’s test. If this is not a convenient time, please call the School Office to reschedule.

  4. Current K-5th grade students will complete the registration process for the 2007-2008 school year on or before March 16, 2007. At this time, the School Office will determine the amount of openings available for new students and parents will be contacted accordingly.

  5. A grade level testing teacher will then call to set up a testing time for your student. This test includes a standardized assessment of reading, writing, and math skills and will enable the school to determine accurate placement.

  6. At the completion of the testing process, a registration packet will be given to you that will contain enrollment forms. Please follow the instructions as outlined on the checklist provided in the packet.

If you have any further questions, please call the School Office. We look forward to serving you and your family. Together we can impact families, our community and our world. “And whatever you do, in word or in deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.”
