Eastside Christian Schools Board of Directors is a self-perpetuating board which is typical for 501.c.3. corporations. Each board member has a heart for the Lord, is active in their church, strongly supports Christian education, and brings needed expertise to the board. Meetings are held regularly  and act as a committee-of-the-whole. Board members are also considered consultants to the administration and are accessible for assistance and advice. The Board is primarily concerned with policy, financial solvency, preserving the mission of the organization, and making sure that strong leadership is in place to handle the administrative functions of the school. Efforts are made to have a well-rounded board to be able to deal with a variety of needs and situations.
