• Spirit Shirts + Sweatshirts

  • Distributed to students on Friday during Homeroom

  • Please let us know if you have questions or concerns regarding sizing--we will try our best to accommodate!

  • Spirit Shirts can be worn on Fridays (with jeans!)

• We will be celebrating the completion of Quarter 1 on Wednesday October 19! 

  • We are SO proud of our students for their hard work and progress!

  • Please be aware that students will complete assessments this week and next.

    • Encourage them to study and submit any incomplete assignments in the next few days!

  • Quarter 1 grades will be released by October 28.

• Parent + Teacher Conferences will be held Thursday + Friday October 27 + 28.

  • Conferences are by request only

    • Parents can request conferences for classes that they have concerns about OR

    • Teachers will request conferences from parents whose students might need special attention

    • If you would like to request a conference, please fill out the Google Form attached to this email.

    • For teacher-requested conferences, we will notify you by end of next week, 10/21.

  • Parent + Teacher Conference Days (October 27 + 28) will be early dismissal days (students will be dismissed at 1:50pm) to accommodate conference schedules

    • Conferences are between parent + teacher only.

• Service Hour Reminder

  • Giving back to community is an essential value and mission at Eastside Christian School

  • All 7th-12th grade students are required to fulfill 15 hours of service per semester.

    • Two amazing options for service on campus are Library Restoration and Peer Tutoring.

    • Please sign up by talking to Ms. Sharon or by responding to this email!
