Day Care Request Form

Parents must inform the school at least 1 hour before school ends.

When we calculate the Day Care fees, time will be rounded up to the nearest hour.
 
Incurred bill will be available on FACTS at the end of every month.

Please be sure to submit your payment within 2 weeks of receiving the bill.
 
Students must be picked up no later than 6:00 PM.
There is a charge of $5.00 for every 1 minute after 6:00 PM
