JH + HS

1. October 13th, last day of Quarter 1

   • Quarter grades are averaged for semester grades. Semester grades are what appear on the transcript

   • Please periodically check Gradelink

     • Once grades are finalized, cannot change

   • Teacher’s Office Hours

2. Professional Development Day: Friday, October 13 

   • No Students on Campus Day 

3. Coffee with the Principals: Monday, October 16 8:40am

   • Quarter 2 plans and upcoming events

   • Fellowship with other parents

4. Parent teacher conferences: Wednesday-Friday, October 18-20 

   • Early dismissal days (1:50pm)

   • By request only

     • Teachers will request 

     • Parents may request

     • Request forms 

   • Cornerstone students: Student led 

5. PSAT NMSQT for 11th grade- Tuesday, October 24th

6. Mountain and Sea Adventures at Catalina Island: 1-3 November

   • Full trip fee due by October 6th, will be automatically deducted on October 6th

   • Outdoor Science Camp for 6th-8th grade students

   • Packing list has been sent home on Friday
